Wemade “Infinity Sans” License
The intellectual property rights for “Infinity Sans” belong to Wemade (www.wemade.com).
Wemade provides “Infinity Sans” free of charge to all users including persons and corporations. However, the downloading or use of “Infinity Sans” in domains other than the Republic of Korea requires prior permission from Wemade. Both copying and use of “Infinity Sans” outside the domain of the Republic of Korea without prior permission is prohibited.
Wemade provides the "Infinity Sans" software "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of copyright, patent, trademark, or other right.
Wemade does not permit the sale of the "Infinity Sans" font type for compensation. Redistributions with modifications and secondary edits are also not permitted, and this font type must be used as it is provided. In no event shall Wemade be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, including any general, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of the use or inability to use the "Infinity Sans" or from other dealings in the font software.
Wemade recommends including the source of "Infinity Sans." Print media and advertisements (including online advertisements) that use "Infinity Sans" may be used for promotions by Wemade or affiliated companies, and use of "Infinity Sans" is construed as agreement to this type of use. Wemade reserves the right to permit the use of this font type under conditions different from this license, and to stop the distribution of the font type at any time.
